Q. How does set up & pick-up work?
A. Delivery is usually between 8 AM – 12 PM on the day of your event and we pick up at the scheduled end of rental period For special arrangements, call 613-704-7610. Exact delivery times and return pickup time is discussed prior to delivery.

Q. How does it work?
A. An electric blower keeps air in the attraction the entire time. Once unplugged, it will deflate. Our blowers require a power source nearby, we will provide an extension cord.

A. If you do not have a power source available, we do have generators for rent.

Q. How are the attractions cleaned?
A. We clean & sanitize our attractions, both prior and post use. They are thoroughly cleaned of any dirt or debris. Our goal is to ensure our service meets the highest standard possible.  Check out our cleaning process

Q. Are we Licensed or Certified for Public Events?
A. Yes PTI Amusements. is TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) Licensed. Annually we renew permits for Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacle Courses so that you can use them for Public Events. Each year an inspector from the T.S.S.A inspects our equipment and issues a report allowing the device to be used for Public Event in Ontario. If you want to learn more contact us at 613-704-7610.

We also Employ a Certified ADMI (Amusement Device Mechanic Inflatables). What does that mean? Installing Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacle Courses for Public Events requires that the ADMI completes an inspection after installation. The ADMI will ensure Anchoring is secure and units are free of any damage. Also the ADMI will decide if the device(s) are safe to operate if wind or rain is present. Safety is the most important aspect to our operations.

Q. Do we supervise the inflatable(s) ourselves?
A. YES, you as the renter are responsible for Supervision at all times as governed by the TSSA. Safety Rules are attached to each inflatable structure and should be read by Adults prior to operation. Our moto encompasses fun, but we hold safety to the highest standard. Our installers will also reiterate and reinforce Safety instructions & use while they are there & ready to answer any question you may have.

Q. What rental requires TSSA Certification?

A.  Types of inflatable such as Bounce Houses, Slides, Obstacle Courses are required to be supervised by our Trained Ride Attendant(s) at public events.

A. Our attractions come in a wide variety of sizes, their sizes are listed in the products descriptions. However, please allow 2' of clearance on each side of the bounce house or jumper, water slide, obstacle, or tent

Q. What types of surfaces can you set up on?
A. We can set up on grass (our favorite and the safest option for kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. However, we cannot set up on any type of rock, as the constant friction can damage the vinyl jumps. If your setup location is anything other than grass, please let us know in advance so we can bring the appropriate equipment to ensure a safe setup

A. NO, for safety reasons, we handle all setups & pickups. Our team ensures the setup area is suitable, uses the correct equipment, and secures the inflatable properly with stakes, tie-downs, and anchors for safe operation as stipulated by the TSSA. Our moto is fun, but our & your safety is our top priority

A. Credit Cards, Business Cheque & Cash (Cash payment must be in exact change & understood in advance). Credit Card Convenience Fee 3% of total Invoice.

A. Please give our office a call 24 hours in advance: 613-704-7610Cancellation equals loss of 50% Deposit Payment. Customer Notice: only 1 Rain Date is offered,  must be selected the same year sale (2025) if you cannot complete your scheduled Rain Date. Cancelling your order entirely will equal loss of the deposit payment. We clearly make this statement to you. Due to increased operational expenses this policy is necessary for the sustainability of our business.
