How to Place an Online Self Checkout Reservation
1. Browse Our Rentals
- Visit our website: PTI Amusements
- Select from our wide range of bounce houses, inflatables, obstacle courses, tents, and more.
2. Check Availability & Select Your Date. Order by Date
- Click on the rental item you’re interested in.
- Enter your event date and location to check availability.
3. Add to Cart & Proceed to Checkout
- Click "Add to Cart" once you've chosen your rental.
- Add multiple items if needed for a complete party package.
- Click "Checkout" to proceed with your booking.
4. Enter Your Event & Contact Details
- Fill out your name, phone number, email, and event address.
- Select delivery or self-pickup (Self pickup items list updated soon)
5. Review Your Order & Make a Payment
- Double-check your rental details, date, and total cost.
- Click pay now and the Rental Agreement Opens. Digitally Sign Rental Agrement. Once Signed it takes you to the Payment Screen.
- Secure your booking with a deposit or full payment via:
✅ Credit Card
✅ E-Transfer
✅ Cheques from Business. Please Contact us first before selecting this option.
6. Receive Confirmation & Instructions
- Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- If you selected self-pickup (for eligible items), we will provide pickup instructions.
- If you selected delivery, our team will confirm the time and setup details. 2-3 Business Days prior to your Event Due Date.
7. Enjoy Your Event! 🎉
✅ Self-Pickup Customers (for select items only): Arrive at the designated location at your scheduled pickup time.
✅ Delivery Customers: Our team will deliver, set up, and ensure everything is secure before leaving.

How to Activate your Quote Received from Party Time Inflatables by email or text.
To activate a Quote received from Party Time Inflatables, follow these general steps:
Finalize Your Booking – Activate Your Order Today
1. Review Your Order Details
- Check the invoice or quote sent to you. Notice: Check your Spam if you did not receive your Quote by email.
- Ensure the event date, rental items, pricing, and discounts are correct.
2. Sign the Digital Rental Agreement
- Party Time Inflatables require a signed rental contract before confirming your order.
- **Look for "(Click here to Complete your Order)" Click on the link and Digitally Sign bottom of Rental Agreement) hit save **
- It will take you to the Payment Screen Next after you correctly sign and hit save
3. Pay the Required Deposit
- We require a 50% non refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Select Payment option **Credit card , E-transfer, Cheques are acceptable for Corporate Clients. **Please note that we charge a 3% Convenience Fee for Credit Card processing. These are merchant fees we get charge for your order.

4. Confirm with Party Time Inflatables
- Once you’ve signed and paid you will receive a confirmation email or receipt once the order is activated. Showing the updates balance.
